Dr. Kal

Dr. Khaled "Kal" Abouhaif graduated from Alexandria University in Egypt with a Science degree in 1988. He graduated from Life University of Chiropractic in 1995. Dr. Kal opened his first clinic in Owosso, Michigan in 1997 where he treated many patients of all ages. His motto has always been: "do right by the patients and service them with gratitude, as they always come first." Dr. Kal likes to think of his patients as friends and family. His practice in Michigan was very successful. Patients consistently drove hours to seek his care, and commonly referred their friends and family. To follow up on his successful practice in Michigan, Dr. Kal opened 4 more clinics with the same passion and committment to his clients.

In 2006, Dr. Kal opened Woodpark family chiropractic center in Woodstock Georgia. In June of 2009 he converted that office to Georgia Spine & Disc where he provides combination chiropractic care and progressive rehab so that patients get better, faster, stronger - and in turn require less care and enjoy a better life.

Dr. Kal is a member of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors, International Chiropractic Association, Georgia Chiropractic Associations, Georgia Chiropractic Society and the Life College Alumni Association.

Dr. Kal lectures to local communities on various topics including health, inspiration, motivation, and personal power. He holds weekly patient lectures and special consultations about various topics including exercise, health, and nutrition. Dr. Kal also lectures to local schools, colleges, and various establishments.

The Argus Press readers voted him the best chiropractor in Shiawassee County for nine years (1998-2007). He was awarded for his outstanding commitment and dedication to the children of the community in 1998 and 1999. Over his career he has given over a quarter of a million chiropractic adjustments to patients of all ages, ranging from 2 days old to 100 years old.

Dr. Kal is married to Sandrine, who was born in France. They have two boys Taylor and Dylan ages 10 and 8. Dr. Kal enjoys traveling and playing soccer.

Medical Evaluation and Diagnostic testing procedures should be performed prior to beginning any treatment in order to determine the most effective process. After carefully studying your case history and exam findings, the Doctor will sit down and explain his recommended plan of action for you.
